  Scramble up a small ledge and tip-toe past choss to the first bolt. Pull a serious of strenuous moves though three bolts on vertical multicolored rock. Venture onwards through easier terrain to reach the cryptic roof to finish out the route. While slightly diminished by the dull moderate midsection, When The Whip Comes Down is an aesthetically pleasing line with interesting moves.
